All of our course instructors are expert City and Guilds and/or Lantra Awards registered, and we keep our course groups small to allow for more intensive tuition. As a City & Guilds and Lantra Awards accredited centre you can rest assured the qualifications will be respected by current and future employers.

Chainsaw operation for felling trees over 380mm diameter (please note pre-requisite courses required). Level 3 Award in Felling and Processing Trees over 380mm.
Occasional User & TKF Ground Based Update – Professional user. Refresher training is recommended by the HSE and should be completed every 3 to 5 years depending on experience.
The full suite of our tree felling training covers the most important aspects of an arborist’s duties. The chainsaw maintenance and cross-cutting qualification MUST be held to progress on to felling up to 380mm. Once this qualification is in place learners can progress on to several ground based or aerial training courses.
