Who is the course designed for?

Anyone wanting to become an arborist and holding necessary pre-requisites. Please be aware that to take this course, you must be physically fit and not suffering from vertigo or similar conditions. You must also be free from medication that could affect your safety.

To enable course members to:

  • Be able to promote Health & safety Legislation & Industry Good Practice
  • Be able to work safely
  • Be able to carry out aerial cutting of trees with a chainsaw using free fall techniques


Duration:

1 Day Training + ½ Day Assessment (joining final day of combined CS38/39 course)
2 Days Training + ½ Day Assessment (attend CS39 only course)

Cost: 1 Day – £261.95, 2 Day – £357.95 (including VAT)

Pass rates: We achieve 92% pass rates on Tree Climbing and 95% on Chainsaw from a Rope & Harness courses.
